Service Contracting

Clients request quotes via the contact form, phone or WhatsApp. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Work begins upon payment of 50% of the total amount; the remaining 50% is due before final delivery. laSeara reserves the right to revise the quote if the project scope changes significantly.

Limitation of Liability

laSeara does not guarantee continuous website availability and is not responsible for the content of externally linked sites. Maximum liability to the client is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service. laSeara is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
